Annabelle Ramus 81, passed away on June 17, 2023 after long battle with heart failure.

Annabelle was born in Rangeley, ME on Oct. 5 1941, she worked in Rangeley at several local restaurants as a cook and waitress. Annabelle moved to Valdosta GA where she lived for 13 yrs while there she worked at Greenleaf behavioral center where she held many positions as a cook and drove a transportation van for the clients.

Annabelle moved to Yuma AZ where she has lived for the last 18 yrs. She enjoyed being a member of the Yuma Active Seniors where she made many friends and participated in many events with the group. She met Thomas Ramus at the group and they were married on June 21, 2020.

Annabelle enjoyed volunteering at the homeless center where she helped make sandwiches and putting up lunches for the homeless. She enjoyed Howling at the moon and invited family to go when they came to town. She also enjoyed going with Tom to his Ham radio events where she participated in cast iron cooking.

Annabelle is predeceased by her son Ty Thompson from Rangeley. She is survived by her daughter Sharon Searles (husband) Leland of Jay, ME, daughter Karin Gaudet (Robert) of Colorado, Son Michael Lyle Thompson of Rangeley, grandchildren Christina Blodgett of Auburn, ME, Tamarah Gaudet and Robert Lyle of Colorado, Brittany Belisle of Alabama and great grandchildren, Morgan, Easton, Emerie, Aleah, AJ, and special boy Everett.
