Billy J. Dungey, age 75 passed away on November 28th at Yuma Regional Medical Center. He was born February 21, 1941 in Carthage, Missouri. He graduated from Manteca Union High School in 1960. He operated a General Store on a Campground in Salton Sea Beach, CA. He was an avid car enthusiast and loved racing. He enjoyed fishing at Salton Sea and the Sacramento River in CA. His other hobbies included collecting a variety of trains and guns. He is preceded in death by his dear parents James Elmer and Cleo Ann Dungey and brother James Elmer Dungey. He is survived by his loving wife Lois Jean Dungey of Yuma, AZ; brother Donald W. Dungey of Sparts, Nevada; son Preston James (wife Tina) of Salton Sea Beach, CA; daughter Cynthia Louise (husband Scott R.) Fraker of El Centro; grandchildren Shawna Lynn Dungey of Salton Sea Beach, CA, Laurie Jean Fraker and Robert S. Fraker both of El Centro, great grandchildren Sebastian James and Cameron Evan Dungey both of Salton Sea Beach, CA.
