Camille Beatrice Jacobs The family of Camille "Ryder" Jacobs, sadly lost their Mother, Grandmother and Great Grandmother on April 5, 2017. Camille was born in Colfax, WA on June 21, 1923. She passed at home with family at her side. She was raised in Parker, AZ where she met her husband of 57 years, Alvin C. Jake" Jacobs, who preceded her in death in 2002. They moved to Apple Valley, CA in 1954, where they raised their two children: son John R. Jacobs and daughter, Candice "Candy" or Didi" (Jacobs) Draper, who passed November 23, 2016. Camille is survived by her two Granddaughters; Brandy L. (Jacobs) Earl, of Apple Valley, CA and currently residing in Yuma, AZ and Cara R. Jacobs of Apple Valley, CA. They have fond memories of camping, fishing and traveling during the summer. Their Grandma Camille would make "special cookies'' for the holidays that they shared with classmates. She is also survived by Brandy''s family; son-in-law, David L. Earl and her Great grandchildren; Taylor, Kylee, Jacob and Cara''s family; Marcus Gold and Great Grandchildren; Allee and Emelia. Camille worked at the Victorville and Apple Valley School District, in the cafeteria and retired in 1975. She was very active in assisting her husband "Jake" Jacobs with the annual San Bernardino County Sheriff''s Posse "Mormon Trail Ride". Camille lived the past five years with her Granddaughter and caregiver Brandy and family. She was blessed with special friends of the family who gave their time and support unconditionally. We love you, and you will always be in our hearts until we are together again.
