Christine Marie
Emmons
May 2, 1960 — Oct 5, 2024
In Loving Memory of a Mother Gone way too soon.
A beloved Mother, Grandmother, Great Grandmother, and friend to many, Christine Emmons passed away on October 5th, 2024, in Wellton, Arizona. She was born May 2nd, 1960, in Bowling Green, Ohio and grew up spending most of her life in Yuma, Arizona. Christine loved being with her family cooking, eating, and enjoying family time. She loved the desert adventures of riding with the wind in her hair, soaking in the sun rays and seeing the different sites the desert had to offer. At night she would gather with all her friends and would go out the desert to a big event called "Howling at the Moon". They would sing, dance, laugh and enjoy each other like they were all family.
She is preceded in death by her mother Helen M Baringer, and her daughter, Crystal L. Baringer. She in lovingly survived by her father, Charles R. Baringer, her children, daughter, Melissa A. Madron (Donald W. Madron), son, Kevin K. Huseby Jr., brother, Charles Baringer Jr. (Lisa Baringer), sisters, Shawn Dalrymple (Steve Dalrymple), Linda Wiggs. Grandchildren, Shane Huseby, Kyle Madron, Alex Madron, Alexus Madron, Great Grandchildren, Zayden McDonald, Constance Huseby, Wynter Madron, Jerwyn Huseby.
Christine worked for Yuma Printing for most of her career as a Bindery Finisher. She loved her job. That was what she knew and was extremely good at. When she wasn't working at the printing shop, she was helping with her kids taking them to dance. Dancing brought her joy. She would dance with the grandkids on weekends. It was a moment of peace, serene and freedom for her from everything when she danced.
Christine had fought breast cancer for many years amongst a couple other types of cancer. She did her chemotherapy and was put into remission. Christine was a true fighter through her short time on earth. She was a true survivor. Every time she won; she would sing I will survive. She is surviving now in the arms of the Lord.
"In the love of there, as the love of here. Think of her still the same way I say. "Don't think of her as gone away, her journey's just begun; life holds so many facets this earth is only one." "But as we remember her now in love, your life from start to end, we're just glad we knew you, As Wife, Mother, Grandmother, Great Grandmother and friend." You'll never be forgotten but cherished from year to year. In our hearts your memory lingers sweetly tender, fond, and true. There in not a day that we won't think of you! We love you and will miss you very much.
