Obituary

Christine A. McKinzie-Tudor

1/4/1941-11/4/2022

One of five kids in the Della Maggiore family-Gary, Jr., Jenny, Marie, and Christine. Chris had many gifts; her greatest was her kindness and love to all who knew her. She found passion in cooking, gardening, and watching her garden flourish. She was a gifted seamstress and artist. Chris took tremendous delight in crafting and creating gifts for others. Above all, she always wanted to create something to share with you, either in the kitchen, the garden, her sewing room, or in general- she never made anything just for herself. Chris's joy came from sharing and giving to others. She found happiness in time with Virgil's 3-piece band, watching the Cubs, the Bears, and westerns with Virgil-even sneaking away to watch Christmas in July on the Hallmark channel! Chris was a devoted companion, sister, and aunt. Her laugh, cute voice, and loving way will be missed forever.
