Cynthia Joy Tanner, 61, passed away on January 21, 2020 in Yuma, Arizona.  Born October 3, 1958 in Royal Oak, Michigan to Robert and Ruth Tanner. She was a Social Security Representative. Cynthia was an avid reader and also a collector of all things.

Cynthia Joy Tanner is survived by brother Robert (Eileen) Tanner of Yuma, AZ; sister Sharon (Robert) Von Boeckmann of Menifee, CA; many nieces and nephews of Illinois, California and Michigan; Caregivers and friends Rik & Judy Wegert and Raquel Valenzuela.
