Donald Eugene Zold was born on August 11 ^th , 1934. He was born and raised in the state of Washington by his parents, John and Helen Zold, along with his younger brother Alfred. After graduating high school, he joined the U.S. Navy. Later in his life his career took off at Boeing until he retired after 38 years.

Donald was an avid fisherman at his cabin in Lake Curlew, WA. He enjoyed riding his ATVs across the Yuma desert, spending time with his family and friends, and enjoying a cold glass of scotch, no matter the time. "Hey, it's 5 o'clock somewhere."

Don is survived by his wife of 60 years, Barbara and his three children Art (Helen), Dawn (David), and Kevin. In addition, his six grandchildren Christine, Kelsie, Eric, Joshua, Angelica and Cameron, and great granddaughter Emily.

His sense of humor, love of teaching, and sincere compassion will live forever in our hearts.
