Elizabeth (Betty) Peterson Frye, 76, of Yuma, AZ passed away on November 24, 2019. She was born February 24, 1943 to Gustav and Eleanor Seeck Peterson. Both of Elizabeth's parents chose a life's commitment to serve God before they were married. Thus Elizabeth was surrounded by God's love from birth. At the age of 12 Elizabeth made her own choice to serve God, and was faithful to death.

Another choice that was honored was a commitment to present the Gospel of Christ to those people seeking to know Jesus, and in that light, in 1964, Elizabeth began in the ministry in Nebraska. Besides Nabraska and Florida in the US, she went to many other countries including Sweden, Germany, Kenya, Tanzania, and Central America to teach the story of Jesus.

Because of declining health, Elizabeth came to Arizona in November of 2002 to reside. Elizabeth married Ivan Frye in 2010. He passed away in 2011.

Elizabeth is preceded in death by her husband, her parents and a brother, Walden. She is survived by a brother, Donavon Peterson, and a sister, Mary Klinetobe, a niece, nephews and cousins.
