Joe Soper, 84,  went home to be with the Lord on July 11th 2023 in Yuma, AZ. He was born October 7th 1938 in Willowcreek, OR.

He is survived by his wife Carol, of 62 years; Son, Larry (Wanda); Daughters, Charity, Terri (Jeff); Sisters, Esther & Donna. Joe also had seven grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

Joe spent 30 years in law enforcement. 25 years were serving the residents of Douglas County in Oregon with the Douglas County Sheriff's Office.

He loved taking his family to the Oregon coast to camp and fish. Also, going on many local Oregon Excursions after retiring from the sheriff's office. Joe and Carol traveled the world ministering. When entering a room he always had a joke or comment to make everyone smile. He was also very passionate about his prayer group that meet once a week... Yes, he was the spark of the group!

He will be greatly missed by ALL!!!
