Joseph Toussint III (Joe), 77, of Yuma AZ, passed away unexpectedly on April 5, 2023.
Joe was born on March 20, 1946 to Joseph Toussint Jr and Amelia Toussint in San Jose,
CA. After graduating from Sunnyvale HS in 1964, he served his country by joining the
National Guard.

In 1967, he married Heidi (Ebert) Toussint, going on to have two children, Joseph and
Eloisa, in 1999 they adopted their third child Ayrton (Rocky).
Joe moved his family to Sedro Woolley, WA in 1977 where he partnered in a successful
contracting business, Mason Toussint Construction. After retiring Joe and Heidi went
back and forth between Yuma and Sedro Woolley, before making Yuma their permanent
residence in 2012.

Joe loved his family, his dogs and everything racing. He enjoyed his cars…the faster the
better. Joe had many hobbies and adventures in this lifetime. Motorcycle riding, ATV
riding, Windsurfing, Karate, Bicycling… just to name a few. He worked hard and played
hard. He will be deeply missed.

Joseph is predeceased by his parents and his sister, Jeanette. He is survived by his wife,
Heidi; his three children, Joseph (Vanessa) Toussint IV, Eloisa (Alex) Cary and Rocky
(Elise) Toussint; and his seven grandchildren, Aleana, Sage, Xylia, Mayliah, AJ, Zara, and
Stella; and great grandchild Zoe.

Celebration of Life will be scheduled for a later date.
