Joyce E. Handcock was born on November 9,1929 in Centrahoma, Oklahoma and passed away on February 12,  2023. She was a beloved wife and mother.

She and her husband Richard were married for 66 years before his passing in 2018. They spent those years hunting , fishing and camping with their 3 children.

Joyce was a member of the Women's Reel and Rifle Club.

Joyce was blessed with 4 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews. She was greatly loved by her family.
