Kenneth William McIver passed away peacefully on Saturday, April 5, 2014. He was born June 20, 1940. Kenneth was a veteran of the United States Navy and proud to serve his country. Kenneth leaves behind his loving wife, Cheryl McIver, daughters, Tracy Jacobs of Yuma, Cindy McIver of Yuma, Kelly Blume, Jamie Pirtle and Brittany; and son, Jason McIver of Spokane, WA. Jennifer Spoon of Tucson; 9 grandchildren; 13 great grandchildren. He also leaves behind his brother Steve (Rose) McIver, Trevose, PA; sister Joan (Glenn) Teeter of Oxford, PA. The family would like to thank Yuma's true angels: Hospice Compassus. Their dedication to providing comfort and support during this time was a blessing to us all. Also, we would like to thank the staff of Life Care Center of Yuma whose constant care eased our loved one's suffering with respect and dignity. A Memorial Service will be held at 10:00am. on Friday, April 11, 2014 at Sunset Vista Funeral Home Chapel, 11357 E. 40th St. Yuma, AZ 85367.
