Lois J. Major of Yuma, AZ, passed away peacefully in her sleep, Saturday, March 7, 2015 in Yuma, AZ; wife of the late Matthew Major. She is survived by brother, Merrill (Jean) Baxter and son, Robert (Deana) Hartzell. She was an active member of the Women of the Moose Chapter 1503 and was the mainstay of the Moose Lodge Dining Room for over 20 years. Lois was known by all and loved by many for her feistiness, quick wit and caring smile. Not a Sunday morning passed that her loyal 100 or so guests went to see Lois and enjoy their morning breakfast. Her sense of pride in her job, dedication to her customers and the warmth of her hug made her a truly special woman. Memorial donations can be made to Moose charities, 155 S.
