Magdalena "Maggie" Robles
August 04,1938 – June 17, 2025
It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Maggie Robles on the 17th of June, surrounded by her family.
Born in Yuma, Arizona, Maggie was a vibrant, passionate, and unforgettable presence in the lives of all who knew her. She was a dedicated loving wife for 64 years, and so devout to her faith, her church, and her relationship to the Lord.
Known for her quick wit, fiery spirit, and unfiltered honesty. She had a gift for speaking her mind — and doing so with both sass and heart. Whether she was making you laugh with her sharp humor or standing her ground in a lively debate, you always knew exactly where she stood — and why she cared.
She had a deep love for gardening, finding peace and joy in nurturing life from the soil. Her happiest moments were often spent with her family — around a full table, sharing meals, stories, and laughter. A woman who enjoyed being out and about, she still made time for the things she cherished most: cheering for her favorite basketball team, watching her favorite movies, and creating lasting memories with those she loved.
Maggie was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Sylvester (Silver) Robles, and is survived by children Rosemarie Guzman, Christine Robles-Proffitt (Kevin), Ernestine Robles, Richard Robles (Esther). Grandchildren Joseph Guzman, Crystal Robles, Deanna Chavez (John), Richard Robles Jr., Melissa Martinez (Rick), Steven Guzman, Eric Guzman, Ethan Proffitt, Ruben Padilla, and Great-grandchild Falon Guzman.
A funeral Mass and rosary will be held on July 1, 2025, at 10:00AM at Immaculate Conception Church with burial to follow. Family and friends are welcome to attend and celebrate a life lived boldly, with love and personality to spare.
