God called his angel, Mary L. Pool, to be with him on July 31, 2013 in Show Low Arizona. Mary was born July 25, 1944 in Indiana. She was one of 15 children and graduated from Sullivan High School in 1962. Mary married her husband of 50+ years on April 26, 1963. Together they travelled the country while he served in the United States Marine Corps for 30 years. Yuma became home in 1984 where Mary entered the banking business, which she retired from in 1999. After retirement, she enjoyed travelling and spending time with her family and friends. Her family meant the world to her. She loved each and every one unconditionally. Mary, along with her husband, were longtime members of Stone Ridge Baptist Church and she enjoyed working in the nursery and meeting with her small group. Mary is survived by her husband, Russell L. Pool, Sr. Two children, Deanna (Dee) R and (Paul) Sears and Russell L. Pool, Jr. (Rusty) and (Jodi) Pool, 5 grandchildren; Heather L. Walke, Patrick R. Sears, Kelby R. Pool, Lexie R. Pool, Jonathan R. Pool, and one great grandson, Blake A. Walke. 8 sisters, 4 brothers, numerous sister and brother in laws, nieces, nephews, cousins and many friends. Mary was preceded in death by her parents and two sisters. She was a wonderful mother, grandmother, sister, aunt, cousin and friend. She will be missed by all that knew and loved her. God has a new angel sitting next to him, and she will always be looking over us and taking care of us, as she did in life. We love you.
