Matthew Joseph Bayly (62) passed away on July 26, 2023 in Yuma, AZ, after a long battle with cancer. Born on November 25, 1960, in Troy, New York, to Barry and Catherine Bayly, Matt lived in Connecticut before moving to Florida in 1971. Matt was an athlete excelling in football and baseball as a young man. Matthew made his career in the automotive industry as an owner of a detailing business, then moved onto automotive sales and finalizing in the RV sales at Country Club RV, in Yuma where he resided for the past 20 years.

Matthew is survived by his lifetime partner Patricia Fajardo; son Ty Clark, Patricia's sons John and James Deal and daughter Jina Hassett. Matthew's siblings, Barry (Denise) Bayly, Chris (Kerrie) Bayly, and James (Julie) Bayly; several nieces and nephews, and grandchildren. He was predeceased by his parents; brothers Tim Bayly and David Bayly; sisters Kaylyn Bayly and Melanie Thompson.

A memorial service will be on Friday, August 4th, 1:00 p.m. at Sunset Vista Funeral Home & Cemetery, 11357 E. 40th Street Yuma, AZ 85367. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Hospice of Yuma.
