Mike was a happy guy who loved to sing and tease his friends. He was born in Fresno, California on October 17, 1941 to his mother Betty Lee Osborn and his father Ronald D. Alexander. His father was killed in WWII and his mother married Willard Elliott, who adopted Mike. They moved to Ridgefield, Connecticut, where Mike grew up. He joined the Airforce at age 18 and was stationed at Fairchild AFB in Washington state as a Jet Engine Mechanic where he retired. He settled in the Washington state area where he married and fathered four great children, Craig, Kari, Kin, and Kip and had many grandchildren. After retiring he traveled to Florida, where his two sisters Karen and Lynn lived. He passed through Yuma, Arizona are traveling back to Spokane, Washington, but decided he was tired of the winters in Spokane, Washington. So, he settled in Yuma, Arizona for their warm winters. He joined the Yuma Active Seniors, where he met Sandra and was married on June 5, 2019.
