Born April 11, 1925, in Hamlin, Texas. She loved being a homemaker, cooking, crochet, quilting, and family time etc. Neta is predeceased by parents: Milton Early Woodard and Onie Matensley Wilbanks; Husband: Lester R. Foote; Siblings: Leona, Edna, Glen and Charlsie Mae Foote.

A visitation will be 9 to 11 a.m. Wednesday at Sunset Vista Funeral Home, with funeral services at 11 a.m. Burial will follow at Sunset Vista Cemetery.
