Rosa was born on July 12, 1967, to Flavio and Dolores German in San Luis Rio Colorado, Sonora, Mexico. She is survived by her husband of 35 years, Lazaro. She was a wonderful wife to her husband and cherished her four surviving children: Marisol, Julio (Jenny), Lazaro (Abby), and Angelina. Rosa deeply loved her six grandchildren: Alexzander, Alicia, Alan, Carlos, Ariana, and Junior.

Rosa was a strong woman and demonstrated her strength and love for life by surviving cancer twice. With this love for life came a fierce love for her family. One of the ways she showcased her love was to cook amazing food for those around her. Rosa made delicious food and would even take her own bouillon to restaurants to ensure the food was seasoned to her liking.

Rosa was kind and thoughtful. She was always willing to help her family, especially her brothers and sisters. Even the dogs that she was adamant about not liking were cared for by Rosa.

Rosa will be remembered for the love she showed to those around her but also the things that made her happy like hummingbirds, sunflowers, nopales, birria, and the color pink.

Rosa will be missed by her loved ones but forever cherished.
