Silvester B. Robles " Silver"

Our heavenly father called his son Silver to be in heaven Dec 10, 2021. He peacefully passed away at age 89 surrounded by his loving wife and family. Silver was born May 5, 1932 in Somerton, Arizona.

He was a U.S. Navy Korean War Veteran, member of the Arizona National Guard also a member of the American Legion and a retired HVAC Technician.

He was known by all who loved and cared for him as a gentle, kind, loving soul. He was a light filled with good humor, always ready to crack a joke and provide a smile. Music was one of his passions, playing his guitar and maracas brought him so much joy. He was a man devoted to his faith and his family.

Silver is survived by his wife of 64 years Magdalena "Maggie" M. Robles, children   Rosemarie Guzman, Christine Robles-Proffitt (Kevin), Ernestine Robles, Richard Robles (Esther). Grandchildren Joseph, Steven and Eric Guzman, Ethan Proffitt, Deanna Chavez (John), Melissa Martinez, Ruben Padilla, Crystal Robles and Richard Robles Jr. Great-grandchild Falon Guzman.

Services to be held at St. Francis of Assis Church, 1815 S 8 ^th Ave, Yuma, AZ 85364 on Friday Dec 17, 2021. Rosary at 1:00 PM with Mass to follow. Live stream on St Francis of Assisi website. Burial at Sunset Vista Cemetery.
