Simon
Ladino
Sep 17, 1982 — Mar 19, 2022
San Luis
Simon Ladino, age 39, of San Luis, Arizona, passed away on March 19, 2022.
Simon was born on September 17th, 1982 to Jorge and Eladia in Five Points, California. After attending Kofa High School, he started his first job at age 19 as a roofer. Throughout his career, Simon participated in a variety of projects that will now remain as beautiful memories of the indefatigable man he was.
In 2005, Simon met Nidia in San Luis, Sonora, they married each other in 2006.
Fun fact: Simon described his girlfriend Nidia at the time to his family as being cross-eyed, missing a tooth, and with a limp. His explanation behind this was so that when his family met her they would think she was the most beautiful woman ever.
Simon and Nidia welcomed their first son Kevin in 2007 and their second son, Liam in 2019.
Since early age, Simon had a passion for football and his favorite team was the L.A. Rams. He was fascinated at the fact that their mascot resembled the team's strength, and how the players literally rammed their opponents. Safe to say he was overjoyed at their recent Super Bowl win.
Simon will be remembered for his tenacity, strength, hard work, humor, vision, his advice, and his dedication to the ones he loved. He always sought to make a better future for tomorrow. He focused on the younger generations as he believed that any kind of change could start with them. Simon would help you build your own confidence to be the best version of yourself. He was an excellent son, a loving husband/father, and a protective brother.
Simon is survived by his wife Nidia, his two sons Kevin and Liam, his parents Jorge and Eladia, and his siblings Jorge, David, Raquel.
